In the Marine Corps, Brandon Wertz was a leader of Marines, preparing them physically and mentally for combat. As a personal trainer, he is now a leader of people, inspiring and teaching his clients to improve their overall fitness and energy levels through training, exercise, nutrition, and, when appropriate, vitamin supplement recommendations.

With a devotion to extending his extensive knowledge of health and fitness training to a wider audience, Brandon now offers online personal training in three easily accessible packages (weekly, biweekly, and monthly).

Online Workout Coaching

A structured approach tailored to your specific needs and resources. Exercise routines are carefully explained with specific focus on techniques and methods. You can even record your workouts and send them to Brandon for review! The benefits of online physical fitness coaching include:

  • Cost Savings – less costly than 1:1 gym workouts (plus no gym membership needed).

Technique Evaluations

Wrong practices, procedures, and habits can lead to poor results and even injuries. Brandon will correct any mistakes you are making and always show you the best methods for achieving the greatest results.

Meal Plans

The advice you get from many personal trainers is “eat healthy.” Not from Brandon. He provides advice and recommendations, including recipes using readily available ingredients, to help you get the macronutrients and proteins that support your fitness goals, whether this is weight loss, adding muscle strength, increasing energy and vibrancy, recovering from injury, or anything else.

Supplement Guidance

Sometimes food alone cannot deliver all the nutrition you need, particularly when you are committed to an intensive training regimen. Brandon will advise you on available supplements that may help optimize performance and aid faster post-workout recovery.
